White Chocolate Gingerbread Latte
Nothing says holiday cheer quite like gingerbread. So we created this delicious holiday inspired latte featuring our coffee brewed strong, our French vanilla creamer, and lots of spices.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups French vanilla non-dairy creamer, divided
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 4 oz. strong brewed coffee
- Vanilla whipped cream, for serving
Method
- Whisk 1/2 cup of the creamer with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, molasses and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is completely combined. Remove from heat and stir in melted white chocolate and strong coffee. Divide mixture between two coffee mugs.
- Steam remaining creamer and pour over strong coffee mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
