Bring the coffee shop to your weekend BBQ and make a batch of these Frozen Latte Popsicles! Everyone will be glad you were in charge of dessert😎
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes + freezing
Serves: Makes 8 popsicles
Ingredients
2 to 3 cups caramel macchiato iced coffee
Chocolate “Magic Shell”-style ice cream topping
Chopped nuts, sprinkles, and/or jimmies
Method
1. Divide iced coffee evenly among 8 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 8 hours.
2. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into chocolate topping. Working quickly before chocolate sets, sprinkle popsicles with or dredge in nuts, sprinkles, or jimmies.
3. Serve immediately.
