Mele Kalikimaka Hot Toddy

- 1 shot rum (spiced rum or coconut rum are especially good)
- 1 shot coffee-flavored liqueur
- ⅔ cup freshly brewed hot coffee made from Wide Awake Coffee Co. 10% Hawaiian blend
- Coconut nondairy whipped topping or regular whipped cream
- Toasted coconut for garnish
- Paper umbrella
- Pour shots of rum and coffee liqueur into an Irish coffee mug. Add the hot coffee.
- Top with whipped topping and toasted coconut, and add paper umbrella. Serve hot.
