Mele Kalikimaka Hot Toddy

The perfect cocktail for a Hawaiian inspired holiday. Features our Hawaiian blend coffee paired with rum, coffee liqueur and the sweet taste of coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot rum (spiced rum or coconut rum are especially good)
  • 1 shot coffee-flavored liqueur
  • ⅔ cup freshly brewed hot coffee made from Wide Awake Coffee Co. 10% Hawaiian blend
  • Coconut nondairy whipped topping or regular whipped cream
  • Toasted coconut for garnish
  • Paper umbrella

Method

  1. Pour shots of rum and coffee liqueur into an Irish coffee mug. Add the hot coffee.
  2. Top with whipped topping and toasted coconut, and add paper umbrella. Serve hot.
