Frozen Latte Popsicles
Name a better duo than chocolate and coffee. Enjoy this sweet iced coffee with coated chocolate. Perfect for a morning dessert!

Total Time: 10 minutes + freezing
Serves: Makes 8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cups caramel macchiato iced coffee
- Chocolate “Magic Shell”-style ice cream topping
- Chopped nuts, sprinkles, and/or jimmies
Method
- Divide iced coffee evenly among 8 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 8 hours.
- Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into chocolate topping. Working quickly before chocolate sets, sprinkle popsicles with or dredge in nuts, sprinkles, or jimmies.
- Serve immediately.
