Frozen Latte Popsicles

Total Time: 10 minutes + freezing

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups Wide Awake Coffee Co. RTD Coffee Drink (any flavor)
  • Chocolate “Magic Shell”-style ice cream topping
  • Chopped nuts, sprinkles and/or jimmies

Method

  1. Divide coffee drink evenly among 8 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 8 hours.
  2. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into chocolate topping. Working quickly before chocolate sets, sprinkle popsicle with or dredge in nuts, sprinkles, or jimmies. Serve immediately.
