Lavender Cold Foam Latte

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Wide Awake Coffee Co. Sweet Cream Dairy Creamer
- 2 oz. Lavender Syrup
- 8oz -10 oz. Wide Awake Coffee Co. Cold Brew Coffee Dark Roast or Espresso Roast
- Optional Garnish – Lavender Petals
Method
- In a wide-mouth jar, add creamer and lavender syrup. Using a milk frother, froth until the creamer starts to thicken, slowly pulling the frother wand toward the top. Froth for about 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture almost doubles in size, and becomes thick and creamy. (Cut creamer with skim or 2% milk for a less sweet latte.)
- Fill 2 glasses with ice. Fill each glass half full of cold brew and evenly divide lavender cold foam on top. If desired, add more lavender syrup to taste.
- Sprinkle lavender petals on top and enjoy!
