Caramel Cold Foam Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Wide Awake Coffee Co. Caramel Dairy Creamer 
  • Caramel Syrup, to taste 
  • 8oz. – 10oz. Wide Awake Coffee Co. Cold Brew Coffee Light Roast 

 

Method

  1. In a wide-mouth jar, add creamer. Using a milk frother, froth until the creamer starts to thicken, slowly pulling the frother wand toward the top. Froth for about 20 to 30 seconds until mixture becomes thick and creamy. (Cut the creamer with skim or 2% milk for a less sweet cold foam.) 
  2. Drizzle caramel syrup on the inside of 2 glasses. Add ice and fill with cold brew coffee. Top each glass with caramel cold foam.  
  3. Drizzle with caramel syrup on top and enjoy!
